Another good week! It seems that almost everyday people are asking me how I have lost weight. These are the four things that I do:
1. Eat healthy
2. Exercise
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Sleep
Repeat!

And getting plenty of sleep was the hardest one for me. But now I average about 7 hours a night.

it really is that simple :) when we *do* what we all know it takes, the desired results *naturally* follow.

The plan is simple, the hard part is execution. But once it's a habit it actually becomes hard for me to not follow my plan.

I agree Letty! The feeling I get from doing what I know I need to do then seeing the results that follow whatever actions I take,is addictive too.I can understand why some might go overboard either way in their eating/exercises. That's why moderation is so important. And honesty. :)
