Have been eating leftover quiche from the weekend all week for lunch, probably not the greatest meal choice but I'm not throwing it out - makes me want to get into the quiche making business, good margins there!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
