Yesterday, I made a conscious choice of eating a pizza. I am ready for the weight gain for a week - it was good food and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was NOT, however, prepared that I would weigh almost 2 kgs today. That's more than the entire pizza. WTF? Anyways, no regrets, it's not all fat, and it will come off quick again. Gotta live now and then, right? Today I weigh 104.5 kgs and I am STILL under 105. I will be under 100 in no time. Life is good!
230.4 lb Lost so far: 111.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
