i am very proud of myself. And somewhat surprised. um... i have been sticking to my eating changes pretty well. but to my surpise i believe the thing that has been a help for me these last 2 days is that i do not eat before bedtime at least by an hour and half. day 1 i had eaten before 7 and yesterday i had a late dinner but i stay up and active for my food to settle.
thanks to mike and his support, it makes for an easier journey.
