I'm sure it was the pizza I had a couple days ago. It always takes a couple days to show up...I'm going to carb cycle today and expect it to be gone tomorrow.. Last week I worked out 6 days only taking off on Sunday. Feeling strong but getting ready to on vacation for a month in our RV so hopefully I don't lose all my muscle. Bringing weights and going to do Letty's class on zoom and also online classes. Have a blessed week everyone! I'm off to body pump and doing stair master today as well. Ive also been trying to incorporate more cardio in my workouts..💜🎃👻😈

I find that it days a day or two for weight to show up as well after having pizza or burgers. But it usually comes off quickly. Hope you enjoy your month long vacation and that the weather is nice wherever you go!

Fritzy, yes I noticed that too. It tries to fool me the next day after I eat something out of the norm for me by not showing a gain and then...Bam! Oh well. I rarely eat stuff like that so I will just work hard to get it off..it's all about balance, right?...💜👍

It will show up next morning for me. It’s like a big red stop sign telling me I better wait awhile before having that again! Lol Hope you have a great vacation!:)

Navywife, it is like a big stop sign..lol Thanks, we always spend Thanksgiving in our RV. We bring our Traeger smoker and smoke a small turkey. It's always nice to get out of the city. 💜💜💜

A lot of us had a bad week. I had donuts, brownies and Five Guys burger & fries. Saturday was almost 5k calories. Blah

The Unhealthy dad, yep, I noticed some other posts about people having a "treat" day...maybe something in the air!?!? Hope you recovered from your yummy meal and treats! I am back to my normal weight today.👍👍
