I am working my way back towards 104,0 kgs - which will be my next, lowest weigh-in. Soon, I hope. I think I'm addicted to lowest weigh-ins! :)
I keep being asked how low I am planning to go? Truth is, I honestly don't know. I think some of my goal were initially set just because I could not grasp how well this weight loss journey would go. I think some of it was done just to put a number.
I know that my ideal weight would be around 75-80 kgs, but honestly I don't see myself there yet. Then again, I didn't see myself around 100 either, that was like the wildest dream goal. Yet here I am, very close to it.
My original, wildest dream was to reach 95, and be able to swing up to 99.9. Stick between them, and I'd be okay. Now I am not sure if I should go lower. I kind of have a thought about going to 95, and then start relaxing - but of course not too much. I would keep counting calories, but maybe weigh in weekly instead of daily, and try to adjust to eating a little more, maybe bounce up to what FS is actually recommending for me? This would be an attempt to start to ease in to a normal lifestyle, where I would eat what others eat and learn to be at that level, but still lose maybe a pound per week or so.
What do you guys think?
This way I figure, I would get to still over time reach lower weigh-ins, but also start "living life". Not that I haven't. This has been a great ride. Never in my life have I done anything this satisfying on so many levels.
Yup. You guessed it. Life IS good! :)
