Trend flipped from gaining to losing this month. Shorter days, cooler nights, better sleep are key for me. Except this to continue though April when it’ll flip again.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always lose weight in fall and winter and gain in spring and summer. Colder weather just makes me happy and excited to be active outside.

Thx yago !! Been in maintenance since December 2019. and it’s been super easy for me. What many don’t realize is that maintenance is not static or one weight but rather a target weight with plus/minus ranges. The other keys are : portion control vs temporary diets and daily weigh-ins ( more data is better for trend analysis )
