Ahhh, feel so much better after having a shower. Plus I weighed myself and all things good considering. I'm having huge cravings for sugary and salty things though. And I do have something but I'm watching the portion sizes. I went over to my parents' farm last night. Good thing I showed up as my dad had gone to the sale and wasn't home yet for chores. So I helped my mom with the chores which isn't much when there is only 3 cows and 2 calves. But at 7:30pm my dad still wasn't home. My son was persistent in that we wait for Papa. Ten minutes later the phone ring and my dad was calling to say he had a flat tire. So, we called for roadside assistance and then went to find him. I was so glad that we had waited and know that he was alright. My dad will be 82 in January. I guess God had a plan for us last night in that He made my son say let's wait for Papa!

That's all I have. Have a great weekend!

I seem to have days where I want to eat anything as long as it's sugar. I hate those days! You'll get past it. I'm glad your dad was okay and everything worked out. :)

Weird how things happen like that! I truly believe it's from some force that we don't quite understand helping us out! How cool that your family has a farm. It is one of my dream to someday help out at one or have a small one of my own. Maybe when I retire...

That's amazing! Glad you are still able to be there for them. Also maybe air popped popcorn would be a good plan for salty but low calorie.

O and as far as sweets I like strawberries with a dab of cool whip. But any fruit would work
