What a crazy day so far! The weight gain doesn't surprise me since I was so hungry after the race and I haven't had a chance to workout since then. Today is the first day I am not sore so I am looking forward to being able to work out again.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
