Might be stalled out a bit. If i look back on a separate daily spreadsheet where I track daily weigh-ins, been hovering around this number for about 2 weeks. A drop is coming, I think, but will add in a run or two next week.

Not going to fret ... all tape and caliper measures show steady in muscles, and some drop in BF% and belly. Though I think I need a new caliper system - the one I use is a 3 location system and it says I am 11% ... but honestly, I have seen the comparison pictures of various BF% and I am in the 13-14% range I think ... dunno. But ... will take it. In April my belly was 37", it is now sub 33" ... my weight was 170, it's now 153. I have no complaints. We are so tough on ourselves. Time to be kind and grateful for our achievements.

Getting in a round of golf today and some light cardio work later. Pizza night with my son - high calorie day.

Have a great great weekend folks!

IT's really common to have the weight bump up a bit or stall during this process. I think it's usually water retention to some degree depending on what you've eaten. Not to worry. Is that you in your avatar? :0

Sometimes I felt like that avatar, NM! Yeah, so many reasons for stalls. Just need a jump start for this last push. Good weekend, fellas!

Sometimes it takes the scale time to catch up to the body.

Sounds like a geat day! Keep your calories high and your golf score low. ;)

oh, and on the body fat readings, I feel the same way. I'm starting to think that the pictures I compare myself to on the internet are all lies! They probably used skin fold to meause their body fat too. Not accurate at all. I want to get one of those bod pod tests done at some point.
