WooHoo 164 and off to see Dr H! more later...

Dr. H was so very happy with my progress and expressed it I great length. He was so proud of me going to the Y and my daily waking. He even asked me to write a blog about my story on his web site! Doesn't need to se me for an apt till Jan 2015! However, I will see him at the monthly seminars. BP was perfect as well, and gave him the list of the 5 remaining (down from 14) pills. :D Went to the Y afterward and did 1 and a half hours of cardio and water aerobics, each.

He is not worried about Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years. Neither am I.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
