Well I couldn't expect much better since I haven't been to the gym in a week and a half. I had a bad cold with fever last week and I'm still dripping.

I went back last night and it didn't kill me so I'll be back in the habit now. Sigh.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
