Feeling wonderful, exercise is no longer such a chore. Getting there...one step at a time. See Dr H on Tuesday the 14th! I know he will be happy. Today I am trying a half an apple, and some PB2. New to pouch. The very tender and delicious 2-3 ounces of salmon did well a few nights ago too. 165 looks nice.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
