Looks like I missed logging weight yesterday, welcome to my week. 6am telecom this morning. super fun times. I swear I entered it, may not have taken.

anyways, still crazy busy, water up, muscle up, blob down. Walked 3.93 miles last night, Sadie can't do hills anymore so we turned around on one, VO2 working its way back up, but most likely due to swimming and rowing rather than walking these days. stopped and chatted with a number of folks now that we're out doing the old routes. I hadn't really walked in 6 months, crazy how quickly time catches up. anyways, walking now, even if it's at 9 at night to get some exercise in for both me and the dogs. and yes, I'm still doing other things as well, but the walking is self-preservation since crazy dogs can trash a house in seconds.

I want to see if I can post a pic from the computer this morning. still having issues from full web browser. this is my little jar of hummingbird feathers. only ones that fall out in the fountain or on the ground. i didn't realize I had so many already. pics are loading, but distorted and sideways. not sure if it's the browser or my photos app. oh well.

What are you going to do with the hummingbird feathers?

I don't know what I'll do with them yet. the iridescent ones are so pretty and they're all so tiny. for scale, none are much longer than my thumbnail, most are smaller than the nail on my pinky finger.

I like the grapevine idea and what do you know? I actually know how to weave baskets, so a little wreath should be easy. just need to snip and dry some vines. despite the pic, the total quantity is still quite small. I should put a coin next to it for scale.
