I went over my RDI yesterday. I hate doing it, but I found it to be a "special occasion", and I do this VERY rarely.
I had been up since 4:30 am, eating very early breakfast. Lunch was not too large and I needed food mid afternoon. Essentially, I had to squeeze in an extra meal - and the dinner was high on calories.
My band was playing our first REAL concert yesterday night, and it was a dinner and following live music kinda thing, so we were invited to eat. The food was great, but not easy for me counting calories.
I went over a few hundred calories, but I decided that it was okay and would be compensated doing all the work setting up gear, playing a couple of hours live and taking it all down and moving it back to our rehearal studio again. :)
Sun is shining, garden is waiting, four day weekend just started. BBQ outdoors tonight. LIFE IS FRICKIN' GOOD! :)
235.0 lb Lost so far: 106.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
