I knew it was happening but I didn't know how bad it was.
My feet hurt so bad all the time and my clothes kept getting tighter, even at this size.
How could this happen? My eating habits haven't changed - actually I watch what I eat. The pounds keep coming.

Are you measuring what you eat? Also, try adding more vegetables and drink more water. It's tough - I have only lost 7 pounds in 4 months but we have to start somewhere!

Although a fifteen pound gain in 7 months doesn't seem to be particularly abnormal, have you ruled out thyroid problems (not uncommon after pregnancy and especially when combined with the problem you describe)? IOW, do you think you are physically OK other than the weight problem?

I had my blood checked for thyroid problems about two years ago with no signs of that being the problem, but I have heard thyroid is hard to diagnose, just like rheumatism - which I have had tested numerous times always coming up negative...I do think I am physically ok except for the weight problem. My blood pressure is fine, my other blood values are ok, I am tired all the time but I think that comes from the stress and the extra weight, too. Thank you all for talking this out with me.
