Well, great! Moving right along, 176! I really now do understand that EATING and PROTEIN, plus enough WATER makes me lose nicely. Last week when I was sick with keto, I didn't eat ANYTHING for 5 days. Really. Did not lose one ounce. Really. I was on 179 for 10 days altogether. When I was over the keto, I started back on my regular HIGH PROTEIN and soft food, lots of water. Shut those down, loss shuts down...at least for me. Not walking this morning; lots of last minute housework and tiding up for R&J's week-long stay. WHEW! BTW, Dr. F was nothing less than thrilled with my weight loss. She hadn't seen me since May. Took me down from 14 prescription meds to FIVE! Then said that after the rest of the weight comes off, 2-3 more will go. I am so very happy and so very blessed. :D And a big shout-out to all who wished me well on my doctor visit and hospital scare. I appreciated so much more than I can express here. <3
176.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
