Yay - down again..or are you trying to maintain instead of lose? I bet you are building more muscle with running so your metabolism is burning the food more efficiently..

I have more muscle for sure. I am trying different things to keep me full yet not gain or lose weight. It's hard when I run the long distances for training because it really uses a lot of calories
