Great day with friends visiting from British Columbia, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. More coming in tomorrow from Texas and elsewhere. It's our annual 'Draglist.com Nationals' drag race and reunion week. Today hit some great DC museums and ate a delicious sandwich and an apple at the American History Museum. Having a nice single malt scotch to relax and then we are all heading out together to the Silver Diner for a fun dinner! Pre-dinner weigh in down .2 from this morning, so that's good.

Splurged at the Silver Diner with a milkshake (which I shared), a Bacon Cheeseburger (but traded fries for a Greek Salad), and then a banana split (OK, I got nuthin'... I enjoyed every bite!) Calories and other numbers too high, but we sure had fun at a huge, raucous table! Turkey sandwich at lunch and bacon cheeseburger combined for a total of 4900 mg of sodium. Gonna have to flush that out!
