Still eating too many sweets, but not as much as last week.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week

You can try replacing your sweets w/ sugar for ones that have none. Cool whip w/ cream cheese, 1 T peanut butter, and 1/2 tspn of coffee grounds is nummy. Pork rinds w/ ranch dip mix is good too. low carb cream cheese 1 egg, 4 T HWC, 4 ounces cream cheese mix, add 4 splenda packets, cook 50 minutes at 360*. Lots of things you can do to have sweets and actually stay on tract for weight loss.

Deborahg382 Did you mean instant coffee or real coffee grounds? I was salivating until I got to the coffee grounds...maybe I'll try the rest. :o}

Not instant..the grounds for your coffee pot. ITs nummy with the coffee grounds. That mousse is pretty nummy.
