I figured it out. I must have been abducted by aliens two days back. It is the only logical reason. When they probed me, which is what they always do to their victims, they probably injected Sugar and Salt in one or more orifices and this is why the scale is going upwards.

What gives? I wasn't waaay over my RDI. Just a little.

That's it. I am up @ 5:25 on a Saturday when I don't have to be, on this stupid computer whining like a little baby.

I am a FS warrior on a mission. The 64 oz water bottle is full. I am heading down into the dungeon (it's more like a mini man cave with free weights, weight bench, treadmill facing a TV and a full bath at my disposal)
I will not come back up for air until I rid my body of this evil.

C67241 Its the excessive carbs probably. EVERYONE, has a "critical carb intake level." You have to find your "critical carb intake level" That is where you can eat up to so many carbs, before you start gaining weight. Cut back and the weight will drop. Try for 150g a day if the 100g is too low for you and see if you can drop at that level. If you can, then that is your "critical carb intake level." If not, drop it by 5g (each week) until you see the scale move in your favor. Hope that helps.
