I missed breakfast yesterday because of fasting lab work. Yesterday was also a lift day. I worked my upper body. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 801 kcal deficit // BF unchanged and is out of range // missed Sleep Goal...
154.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
