Yesterday was a lift day. I worked my upper body and abs. I ate under my calorie goal, barely exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 794 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% and is still out of range // Sleep Goal exceeded
153.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
