I have no idea what my body's been doing the last 24 hours. I gained a ton of weight and actually did REALLY good yesterday. I was low on my cals, and even had to add a little extra!

Oh, well. Tomorrow's another day. Soon it will budge and I will reach a new low.

It's Friday, my new AC/DC blu-ray was in the mail yesterday and is to be enjoyed through the weekend, I'm rehearsing with the band tonight, and leaving early from work today. Life is good!
246.3 lb Lost so far: 95.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
