Year 2 on FS complete. Joined roughly 6 months after reaching maintenance weight. Since then 161.8 lb (high); 149.9 lb (low). Maintenance is not hard if you get the mental game right. Changes you make must be permanent & sustainable.

Last week‘s BFP should have read 11.76% not 12.76%. Closest I‘ve been to macro targets in weeks. Eating was not so much fun the past 2 weeks due to root canal which went well. 🦷 Get my crown today.. 🤴

Thx liv😊 You have what it takes👍 Making changes in maintenance slowly - adding back pasta, chips, etc - worked for me. And a few rules like "No seconds, no grazing, ramakin of tortilla chips not the bag. Mindful portions, mindful consumption.

Ramekins are my "measuring cups." I use them for nuts & seeds. Also subscribe to the No Seconds rule. In addition, I do the "No Desserts, No Snacks, Only Eat When Hungry."

Your very inspiring SK! Congrats on doing so well on maintenence and showing all your delicious meals! Proof eating well doesn't have to be painful!!! But what does sound painful...Ew, root canal!

The root canal was not much fun for a few days but it all better now. Losing and maintaining just requires mindful consumption atleast for me.
