So slept in until 11 AM and got a 204.2 weigh in, which made me feel better than the 207.0 from last night. Was going to do a 16:8 fast until noon, and then a nice weight lifting and treadmill workout. Problem is, I began to work on the computer issues I was working on last night and I got busy again. Next thing you know, it's 6 PM and the only thing I had was two black coffees all day (and no physical exertion). Denise fired up the grill to make salmon, so I thought I'd go do another weigh in to see what sitting on my ass without eating for seven hours resulted in. Lost one pound to hit 203.2. Will jump on the treadmill late again tonight.

Here are the 8/02/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, pre-workout, after fasting for 22 hours, fat and muscle numbers completely skewed by dehydration):

Glad you are doing good! Recently I had a scare on my computer. After I used CCleaner to delete temporary files and history that made my computer slow, I could not find my file with all my websites and passwords! I knew that I could go to each website and say I forgot my password, but I found the file the next day. :)
