This is on a new scale, I am comfortable with my current weight, i just need to tone up. Moving jobs so I should have MUCH more time. 2 1/2 more months of deployment, should be where i want to be when it is over!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
