Blob down, muscle holding up there, water good.

Watch says we only did 2.4 miles last night, that confuses me a little, not sure where I lost .2 of a mile, but whatever. Day 6, hit 152 last night, but only held 147 for a total of minutes. not disappointed, it's a learning thing. hoping I can swim tonight and make up some lost minutes. actually, I think we'll change the game a little and add a total of minutes in zone. not sure if my app will track that monthly, but I can add it up. friend has the same app, so should be doable.

Hogan is back on painkillers since yesterday and doing better. Vet visit today, lots to do, going to need to focus on getting things done early. will probably come back to work this afternoon as there are things that still need to get done. will try and get a swim in anyways.

happy Friday, press on, press on.

ah, Shir, we got back from doc and he is on strict house arrest for four weeks. no walking. totally sucks, but hopeful this will solve the issue. he's having pain in his neck and he's a big boy and there's a whole slew of stuff associated with German Shepherds I don't even want to think about. I will be swimming and treadmilling amongst other things. I'm so thankful that I work from home. this would be much more difficult if I didn't.

Oh poor doggie! I know about hip dysplasia with big dogs but not neck problems. I haven't had a dog for a long time tho so... Maybe a raised food bowl would help? That way no straining to get food at least. Hope puppy feels better soon!
