Went to the gym but forgot my bag on the couch so I just went back to work which was probably a good thing because I found another hour of stuff I needed to do. And my triceps are no longer sore so I can hit them hard today- which is one of my favorite body parts to work at the gym.🏋️‍♀️💪

We picked up Buster's ashes and his paw print art from the vet yesterday. It really is a pretty wooden box that was engraved but still nothing that I felt like I needed to have. But when you have a very upset daughter who wanted it- we gave in and doubled the cost. Still missing him. Did all my yardwork by myself Sunday and it was rough. That was our thing to do whether I shoveled or mowed or weeded my little corner, he would be out there with me. I'm still picking his hair off my gym clothes so I guess I will have a little part of him forever. 💕
221.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
