will try to do a better job of food entry today
156.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, buddies! I feel motivated first thing in the morning. It's late afternoon when I feel vulnerable to bad habits. I need to snap out of it when that happens. Think about how great I feel when I make the right choices. Recording what I eat helps me stay focused.

Hi Coco! Thanks for your visit and kind support! No, I just workout slowly. I can't go into those fast pace classes with loud music. Lots of ladies like those though. I don't see many women in weight lifting floor. but I like it! Planning ahead for food intake helps me. Have a great evening!:)
