I good chunck of weight gain today - gained 900g since yesterday morning. Oh well. Not worried. I know I am doing right, and I know I am losing weight - reaching a nice, low weigh-in these past days got me mentally back on track. I've been talking some nice, long walks, been eating right, been drinking plenty of water, and been feeling a difference in the tightness of my jeans. So yes, I weigh more than yesterday, and yes I am losing weight.
Life is good. :)
249.6 lb Lost so far: 92.2 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
