My activity isn't back to normal yet but I did eat a little better. I ate barely under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 177 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% // missed Sleep Goal
152.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
