Yesterday I ate "Well" at 101% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 76 kcal deficit // BF unchanged // Sleep Goal met // Lift day!!!
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
