Yesterday was a lift day. I did very little cardio instead, I worked out with a trainer. We focused on form and using some machines that I am not familiar with using. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 1057 kcal deficit // BF unchanged // Sleep Goal exceeded
151.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
