Today I had a slight recovery from my drop yesterday. I ate under my calorie goal, met my new protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 496 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!!
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
