Holding steady. Mr Coco cut up some cheese and cantaloupe late last night, and we snacked on it. Gotta stop that before it becomes a habit.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The cheese is ok... you just have to know when to stop! I know... easier said than done! I do fruits, nuts and popcorn. Maybe kinda boring... but there are lots of varieties of nuts and fruits and they are all pretty filling!

I'm finding that a dinner heavy on the veggies is pretty filling and low in calories. Dunno if that helps.
