weight keeps going back and forth. I will weigh myself one day and i am at my lower which is 196.2 and then i will weight and I will be up 2 or 3 lbs then a few days later I will be back at the 196.2.

I want to get out of the 190's all together.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I know exactly what you mean!!! I am doing the same thing in the 140's... so frustrating. My plan for the next couple weeks is to come up with a very low carb (not no carb) meal plan that I will follow for about two weeks and I will be upping my weight training (or to be more accurate I will be getting serious about my weight training..haha) I'll see what happens then.
