Temporarily up after a few rough weeks, but I ran my first 5k of the season with a PR- 2 min faster than ever! I'll take that non-scale improvement!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
