Yesterday I ate "Well" at 101% of my calorie goal, far exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet all activity goals. 146 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
