9st 9 (1.5 off at WW) I'm so pleased to see a result at last. Still sticking with it. Encouragingly, after last week's disappointing stagnation, my Libra app has amended my projected goal date down TWO YEARS!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done!! I would love to be 9 stone 9 (that was my normal weight a few years ago before I quit smoking and is the weight I always feel my best). Keep up the good work :-)
