oh well, looks like it's been months and months since I've been here.... maintaining isn't an issue at all. I eat when I'm hungry and I eat 20 or less carbs a day. Period.

Just started checking ketosis again. I've grown accustomed to eating a very high calorie diet. I'm going to hit an exercise regime for June so I can lose about the last 10 pounds before August. I'm sure I'll have no trouble maintaining that.

141.6 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
