Yesterday was a rest day. I ate under my calorie goal, barely missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 944 kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!!

Did you ever find or try some new gym apps that you were asking about the other day?… what did you try or like?

I really don't want to take my good phone on the gym floor so I decided to use an old phone that no longer has service. I used it to build a database to record my notes. It's smaller and more convenient to use. My notes are not as detailed as some of the apps I have seen but it works well for me...
