Weight is creeping back down. I need to record the "dinner" we ate last night standing at the kitchen counter. It was one of those foraging-for-leftovers kind of dinners. Was feeling ravenous and craving meat. So I had a hamburger patty, some pork tenderloin and sundried tomatoes. Pretty weird.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
