😢☹️ I just don't understand why!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps you're dealing with some inflammation from foods? Corn products and grains can be inflammatory foods. I have to be really careful with dairy because it causes inflammation in me. Sugar is well known to inflammatory, and some artificial sweeteners are too. It's not always about calories in calories out, especially for women, when everything we eat affects us hormonally.

Spencershae, I do drink a lot of water but my sodium level for the last week has been kind of up and some what on the 💩 have had a lot of gas lol and the kind for my car lol

Don't you worry, sometimes it's just water retention. You must hung on to your effort. The secret is not to let a hard moment make you totally relapse and go back to back!
