Well, considering I only walked 3 times this week and ate a boatload of restaurant food, I guess a half pound gain isn't TOO bad. A bit of a disappointment, but there will be ups and downs along the way.

Gotta keep on track.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
