Knew I was gaining and didn't want to get back into the habit of not weighing myself and not posting my weight. Hopefully I can avoid much more damage and re focus starting January 1. So much going on at home that I haven't been planning meals. Finally got the mold under the house removed, then had new insulation installed and finally 2 days ago had the heater, also under the house, checked out and new filter for the air purification system installed. So after a week or more with temps in the house ranging between 48-52 I now can run the furnace. Instead of gloomy, cold days while it's storming outside I am cozy in the house and enjoying the rainy weather. Not enjoying the wind so much. But I feel so lucky and don't want to whine at all after seeing what people in Kentucky and other areas had to suffer through with tornadoes in December.
