6 week mini weight loss phase starts today. Goal at the end is to have visible veins in my abs @ 190lbs.
Kicking it off at 3500cals will finish off week 5 and 6 at 2800 (planned. Will adjust as needed if possible.) Diet extra clean 😂 I should be super ready for next bulk after this 😎
194.0 lb Lost so far: 122.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

you eat exactly what these things are predicting? Example; 570 calories is this much turkey some quinoa etc.

Im not sure what you mean. Nothing is predicted. I take the calories I know is a deficit from where I'm maintaining my weight at then divide by how many meals I want per day. Then just go from there . I make a full day of eating in the food log and adjust to the calories to hit the goal, then meal prep for the week so I have everything.

My son working for same! Are you donating blood to help with demand with Covid? That what my son is doing and he gets hematomas left and right! So he’s working out to raise his veins to make it easier to donate blood. He’s at 3200kcal.

I donate a few times a year. I was up to 4600 calories 6 weeks ago. Veins are no prob for me. I got them everywhere.
