My nutrition has been off the last couple of days. Yesterday I ate way under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 1499 kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!!
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
