missed updating weight yesterday, so this looks more dramatic that it really is. also got up in the middle of night to take a pill and chugged half a water bottle without realizing it. stuff to do again today, gorgeous outside. enjoy the day!

swam yesterday, nothing remarkable in performance other than being freaking cold because the wind was sucking the heat out of me. kept the cough in check, which is good, it really is finally getting better. need to get back to where I was as far as speed and endurance. 650 strokes, 10.1 METs, average heart rate was 153, yeah, gotta get that one back. pbbbt, yuck. never did lower the current though, so at least I'm swimming at the same speed and keeping up. heart rate was 10 minutes in warm up, 20 in the upper tiers, so the heart got a workout.

Lights going up today. yesterday, I just laid them out to see where I wanted them to be.

wincing a little as I hit enter. I'd play with it during the day, but I don't really care that much. feasting is almost over. also need to figure out how I changed my weight status to athlete.

pumpkin pie filling label for those who needed it. you add condensed milk and egg to this one. read that as "uncooked caramel" and eggs.
