I did it!
It seems like I am moving past my fluctuation!
Today, I reached a new lowest weigh-in, at 117.3 kgs. Wow. It has been quite a while (two weeks?) since my last lowest weigh-in. Too long, if you ask me.
I am not really sure what did it. I've been feeling funky, constipated and downright fat. Very uncomfortable. I remember these feelings from before I started to lose weight, and I do not miss it.
I was talking to a friend yesterday, and he told me that 8 years ago he was an alcoholic. We talked about addictions, whether it's alcohol or food, and how to beat them. It made me happy to see that such a great guy got out of his misery. I never knew this about him, and I am so thankful that he shared.
It's Friday - short work day and playing in my band tonight. Life is good!
258.6 lb Lost so far: 83.1 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
